Return And Refund Policy

If your order has any problems, please contact us immediately, so we can handle the inquiries within 24h. Send us an email at support@homemerci.com and we will reply as soon as possible.


Modification/Cancellation
If you want to change the item, size, or cancel the order, please send us an email within 24h after you place the order. 
After this time frame, we can not change anything else. 


RETURN
We accept returns in cases: Wrong size, color, poor print quality, wrong item, or damaged items. 
And the condition for return is: Item is received within 12 days and it is still new, unused, and unwashed.

Other these reasons, we can not accept the return. If you return the item without reaching out to us first, we will not handle your case. Please clarify any issues via email, and we will assist you more. The customer will pay the return shipping fee. In case, you want to exchange for other products, the shipping time will last as usual in our policy.

Please email us at support@homemerci.com with clear photos of the wrong product (use a measuring tape if necessary) and clarify the problem.


REFUND
We accept returns in cases:  Wrong color, poor print quality, wrong item, or damaged items.

Please email us at support@homemerci.com with clear photos of the wrong product (use a measuring tape if necessary) and clarify the problem.
If we are wrong, we can refund 100% or exchange it for the correct item as you wish. 


You accept a refund: It takes 5 to 7 days to receive the money back in the card you used to place the order.
You want to exchange: We will send you the correct item in the usual shipping time.
